[Siren's Pull] Permissions

In a startlingly familiar turn of events, I play a boy with a certain absolutely mad and maddening set of character traits and abilities.

The tl;dr is this: he is top of the line realistically humanly genius trained spy, assassin, analyst, general academic, engineer, and a touch of lawyer, or maybe slightly above it because of a supernatural instinct/occasional precog. In other terms: hyper-competent, deadly genius. His understanding of technology is limited by unfamiliarity with anything above Roman/medieval with magic and occasionally even less than that, even if he is dangerously quick to learn.

The bullet-point list:
- is naturally given (though not obsessively) to a habit of treating all information he receives as intelligence data, researching more if he feels like it, and analyzing the bloody crap out of it
- has an excellent memory for intelligence data, though not eidetic
- has a literally preternatural insight and intuition which occasionally leaps over steps in analysis
- one of the top five minds in his own canon, particularly for analysis and insane creativity

What should be kept in mind about this are that he is young and not fully formed, he isn't totally compulsive, he cannot hack (yet), he will sometimes forget to access that memory, and he's ridiculously impulsive and sometimes compromises his own brightness.

As there are not enough hours in the day to do all that research, especially of info from before he got into the Port, I could use a hand or two.
